Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data
Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods are:
- Legitimate interests - we're collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
- We collect customers' names to allow us to keep track of who is attending workshops. We collect customers' email addresses to enable them to log into their accounts and track their bookings.

How long we keep information
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill our legal obligations. Specifically:
- Account information is kept while your account is active and for 7 years after closure for legal and tax purposes
- Booking and payment records are retained for 7 years after the workshop date for accounting and legal requirements
- Marketing communications data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion
